Q: How many boxes do I need to order?
A: The minimum order is 10 boxes per design. Most clients order 10–20 for kids’ parties, but you’re welcome to order more. For bulk (20+), you’ll automatically get R5 off per box.

Q: How long does production take?
A: Please allow 7–10 working days for production after payment, depending on order size. We’ll confirm your timeline when you place your order.

Q: Can I choose any theme?
A: Yes! We custom-design the boxes to match your child’s theme (e.g. princess, jungle, construction, farm animals, mermaids, dinosaurs, etc.). Just let us know your theme, name, and age.

Q: What are the boxes made of?
