You’ve Changed Your Mind? No Problem!
We totally understand that sometimes tastes and preferences can change (who hasn’t ordered something in a frenzy and then realized later they’re not feeling it?). If you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re happy to help you out! Just follow these simple steps:

Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return the item in its original condition—unused and undamaged, please! (We want it to look just as fabulous as when it first arrived).

Return shipping fees are on you. We’ll even send you a friendly reminder of how to package it safely!
Once we get the item back, we’ll process your refund! It’s that simple.
Something’s Wrong? We’ll Fix It ASAP!
If we messed up, we’re so sorry about that! Whether it’s a wrong design, the wrong order, or something arrived broken, we’ll fix it quickly because your happiness is our top priority! Here’s how we handle it:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and let us know what went wrong.

Send us a photo of the issue so we can see exactly what happened. We’ll be in touch right away to make things right.
In these cases, we’ll cover the return shipping—we’ll even send you a prepaid return label! Once we receive the returned item, we’ll either issue a full refund or send you a replacement. Your choice!
Custom Orders? They’re One-of-a-Kind, Baby!
Custom orders are like your favorite pair of jeans – unique, personal, and special. Once we create a custom piece just for you, we can’t accept returns unless we made a mistake on our end.
But don’t worry, we’ll work with you every step of the way during the design process to make sure it’s exactly what you want.
Damaged During Courier Delivery?
We take extra care when packing your order, but we know sometimes things happen during the delivery process (because, let’s be honest, couriers can be a bit clumsy sometimes!). If your order arrives damaged, here’s what we need you to do:

Take photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item so we can assist you in getting the situation sorted.

Courier damage is unfortunately out of our hands. However, we’ll help you file a claim with the courier service if necessary. It’s not our responsibility, but we’ll be there to guide you through the process!
What Happens After We Process Your Refund?
Once we receive your returned item and approve your refund, we’ll process it within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Keep in mind that depending on your payment provider, it might take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account (kind of like waiting for the weekend to arrive!).
What About Sale Items or Discounted Orders?
We’re all about spreading joy, but our sale items and special discounts are final sale only. Once those deals are gone, they’re gone! No returns or exchanges, so make sure you’re absolutely in love with the item before snapping it up!
