1. How long does it take to make my topper?

Our toppers are handmade to order. Standard turnaround time is 3–5 working days before shipping/collection. If you need it sooner, we do offer rush orders at an additional fee.

2. Can I choose my own colours and theme?

Yes! Each topper is fully customisable. Simply provide us with your child’s name, age, and party theme/colour scheme, and we’ll design it to match perfectly.

3. What sizes are available?

Standard toppers are ±15–18 cm wide, which fits most cakes. If you’d like a larger size, let us know – we can customise sizing to suit your cake.

4. What is included in the Topper Set option?

The Topper Set includes 1 main topper (name, age & theme) plus 4–6 smaller scatter toppers (e.g. stars, hearts, butterflies, rockets, flowers). These can be placed all around the cake for a full decorated look.

5. What makes a Luxury topper different?

Luxury toppers are our most detailed designs. They are full mini themed scenes, with 5+ layers, multiple decorative elements, premium finishes, and oversized details.

6. Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We courier nationwide across South Africa. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Local pickup is also available if you’re near Port Elizabeth.

7. Will the topper be safe to use on cakes?

Yes. All toppers are made with food-safe sticks and high-quality cardstock. The sticks are safe to insert into cakes, while the topper itself remains a keepsake you can save after the party.
